A while ago, Soprema – international market leader in insulation and waterproofing – came to us. Their Belgian headquarters were in urgent need of a local partner who could help them implement Pardot. Enter The Customer Link! 

After a successful implementation, we can proudly say that this cooperation has since grown into a long-term partnership. The Customer Link is officially Soprema’s local go-to Pardot partner.

While implementation is an important first step in getting the most out of your marketing automation tool, it is equally important to maintain it properly. For that reason, The Customer Link is now helping Soprema regularly with their daily marketing activities.

For example, specific training is provided when needed and a standby support team double-checks campaigns and automations, among other things. In addition, as a Pardot partner we try to be as proactive as possible. We regularly share new functionalities and best practices with Soprema to help them optimize their processes.

In addition to Belgium, other Northern European countries are getting started with Pardot. Together with Soprema’s Pardot experts, we are guiding each country to a successful implementation. We do this by understanding the needs and processes of Soprema, the functionalities of the Pardot Business Unit and the differences between the countries.
