The Customer Link is the Salesforce partner. With more than 15 years of experience in CRM software, we are pioneers in sales, marketing, customer service, data integration… you name it! The company is in full expansion and has very ambitious plans for the future. 

Our new sales person is someone who…

  • Not afraid to connect with new clients

  • Understands customer needs and knows how our services provide the right solution

  • Can spot opportunities with existing customers and which leads are the right ones for us

  • Can work in a structured and organized way with an easy-going, open personality

  • Can guide customers through a sales process and give them a push to commit

  • Can work independently, but also enjoys being part of a team

  • Wants to build a customer success strategy

 

Your profile looks like…

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development or other commercial activities

  • Prefers to build on existing customers – longterm relationship builder

  • Strong leadership skills to close deals with clients and that accompanied by adequate understanding of both the financial and the human side

  • An independent mindset, ready to take action and wants to help further define the sales strategy

  • Experience with or knowledge of customer relationship tools (CRM), affinity for IT solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

  • Want to get to know Salesforce in depth

  • Really cares about helping customers properly

  • Dutch & English speaking. French is a plus!
